Working on the app development team, Philipp joined Ailuna after being involved with the development and launch of several other apps over the past 4 years and is now studying IT management alongside working.

Philipp was initially attracted to the idea of Ailuna because in recent years he has become increasingly aware of environmental issues and what he can do to live more sustainably. Ailuna combines his passion for programming with his interest in becoming more eco-friendly so he says it feels like a perfect fit.

As far as sustainable steps he’s already taken are concerned, Philipp is pescatarian and makes sure he avoids buying anything that is unnecessarily wrapped in plastic packaging. He buys a lot of his fresh produce from the market rather than the supermarket to help with this. He also prepares his lunch in advance each evening to take to work, and plans his meals for each week so he can shop for what he needs and nothing more
