Ailuna announces partnership with We Fight Fraud to change the shape of financial crime prevention and cybersecurity

fraud prevention

Cybersecurity / fraud prevention and sustainability / ESG are both top priorities for business. Fraud is extremely costly for businesses and delivers significant reputational damage when the criminals strike.  And with ESG, the problem companies need to solve is that, when it comes to sustainability, employees must be engaged or change will not happen fast enough.

Ailuna is now set to become the world’s first behaviour change platform that brings those two areas together – using gamification and rewards – to reduce risk, embed impactful habits and culture.

And to make that happen we have entered into a partnership with We Fight Fraud (WFF) who are a financial crime prevention group. They provide innovative content and subject matter expertise that is research informed, evidence based, and lived experience driven, dedicated to helping businesses and their staff reduce their risk from financial crime.

Together we believe that crime is first and foremost a human problem, that requires innovative human focused interventions. This partnership brings together the latest advances in behavioural technology, with leading insight and understanding, to really change the way in which we protect ourselves, our businesses, society and the planet.

Why do businesses need behavioural change?

Positive behaviour change protects employees, customers and consumers by embedding effective habits and knowledge. Fraud and financial crime now make up over 40% of all recorded crime in England and Wales. It is not a case of ‘IF’ but ‘WHEN’ your business and/or you, your staff and customers are targeted. Positive behavioural change strengthens your workforce, making them your ‘human firewall’ and much harder for criminals to damage your business.

Lars Ronning, Founder and CEO of Ailuna says “Our guiding principle is that security and sustainability decisions are made by people – employees, customers and consumers – and that action drives belief and impact.  Communication around protecting users from the risks of fraud is essential and that’s the beauty of the unique lived experience content developed by the We Fight Fraud team.  We have proven that Ailuna delivers behaviour change for sustainability, and now together with WFF we can do the same to reduce the risks of fraud and financial crime together.”

Dr Nicola Harding, CEO of We Fight Fraud says “When we met Ailuna, it seemed like a natural fit to combine Ailuna’s behavioural change methodology and technology with WFF content and subject matter expertise. We share a passion and belief that by engaging people in innovative, evidence based, behavioural change, we can reduce instances of victimisation and really fight cyber, fraud, and financial crime.”

Delivering real world behavioural change

We have proven that Ailuna delivers behaviour change for sustainability, and that our platform caters equally well to customers / consumers as to employees.

We know we can drive any type of change.

By combining our behavioural change technology with We Fight Frauds expertise and intelligence, together we can make it fun to develop habits that are good for you, your business and the planet – making us ALL safer.
